Church Audit/Evaluation

 Each audit below is a separate program offered for a fee based upon the need of the Pastor and/or leadership.  

Review office process, procedures, forms, flow of business side of church. Review front office communication of leadership, members and after hours.

 This is not a CPA audit, but we can review your processes, safety protocols and make recommendations to improve processes and procedures.

 Review your worship flow and participants not your style. There are times when a few adjustments are made to enhance the worship experience.

 Review the ministries overall for their leadership effectiveness and results as a ministry based upon current church vision.

• Review leadership organizational structure. Make recommendations on a smoother flow from vision, approval to implementation. 
• Trustee audit will include the in/outside walk through of the church property.
