mentoring sessions

These one-hour sessions can be weekly or monthly.
This is an opportunity for the leader to have someone that they share their thoughts and passions in a supportive setting.
The idea is to focus on certain areas that you are open to suggestions.
- Assist in Vision clarity and casting.
- Review and suggest Staff development training and structure.
- Reviewing presentations for meetings.
- Offer suggestions on current/new ministries and/or projects.
- Offer suggestions in building new or enhancing organizational models that will operate in your local church and organization.
